The ºìÌÒÊÓƵ music department is thrilled to have an active partnership with . Each fall, Heartland produces a fully-staged opera on campus at ºìÌÒÊÓƵ, with many faculty and students participating in ways big and small. These operas and other productions from Heartland Opera provide our students with valuable performance experiences, and incredible opportunities to work with active professionals in the field.
Past productions include Mozart's Così fan tutte, Verdi's La Traviata, Weill's Down in the Valley, Leoncavallo's I Pagliacci, Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel, Bizet's Carmen, and most recently Songs for a New World by Jason Robert Brown.
